Authors describe model tests of four vertical loaded diaphragm walls with different shapes. The settlement of wall top is measured and analyzed. The settlement equation of rectangular diaphragm wall foundation is derived. Factor of settlement improvement is used to calculate the settlement of diaphragm wall foundation with different shapes.
