The main factors on the preparation of TiO2-mica nacreous pigments were discussed. The products were analysed and compared by scanning electron microscope and electron probe and the safty of the products was examined.

以硫酸亚铁为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,先制成氢氧化亚铁沉淀。再用碳铵使其转化为碳酸亚铁,然后通空气并加入复合添加剂,将碳酸亚铁氧化成透明铁黄。在275~300℃下烧烧透明铁黄45~60分钟,制得透明铁红。本文叙述了该颜料的制备工艺、反应的最佳条件和产品的分析数据。讨论了微细α-FeooH、杂晶Fe_2O_4的生成条件,以及煅烧温度的选择。
