Health education has been an important part of the college physical education. It contains physical exercises and moral education, combines the need of the students with the development of the society. This article suggests that the cultivation of both mentally and physically healthy talents is the duty of health education in college physical education. It also makes the use of propagative effection theory to analyze the factors, which effect the college physical education,from different aspects of propagation, such as, the source, the content, the media, the surrounding and the subjects. This article proposes relevant strategy, which can be used as references by the college physical training teachers.

健康教育已成为学校体育教学的重要组成部分 ,它集健体、育心、修身、养性于一体 ,行之有效地将学生个体的需要和社会发展与学生的需求紧密结合起来 ,最终完成培养身心全面发展人才的教育使命必将贯穿于学校体育教学中健康教育的始终。本文运用传播效果理论从传播源、传播内容 (信息 )、传播介质、传播环境、受传者等方面分析影响学校体育教学中健康教育知识传播效果的因素 ,并提出相应对策 ,从而为学校体育教学工作者提供可参考的理论依据.

Confucianists had realized the function of communication through Rite and Music and put them into use ever since the pre Qin period. Communication through Rite and Music has five sections which form the total communication course--who, what, through what channel, to whom, and what effect. It also has the feedback link. It can be seen as the principle which may do good to our professional communication today.

早在先秦时期,儒家就已经认识到并自觉利用了礼乐的传播功能。礼乐传播具备完整的传播过程所必须的传者、内容、渠道、受众和效果五个部分,而且有反馈这一环节。儒家还提出了独具特色的传播效果理论"风草说"。儒家礼乐传播中体现出来的关于传播的"中道而立"、"民贵君轻"等原则,以及"善教得民心"、"化道"的传播功能思想和关于传播的双面效应等观点,对我国当今的新闻传播活动有着重大的启发和借鉴意义。

我们生活在一个传播的世界里,一方面接受着来自各种各样渠道的纷繁复杂的信息,一方面又以各种方式传播着各式各样的信息。历史经验告诉我们,传播的行为是伴随着人类而诞生的,对传播现象的关注和思考,从人类传播活动的初始便从未停止过。而传播效果作为传播学极其关键的一环,对它的研究可以说与传播学研究的历史一样长。作为表现人类精神世界美的艺术,其发展自然离不开传播,离不开专属于艺术的传播效果的研究。本文以传播效果的理论为基础,按照艺术传播活动的构成因素,从宏观上把握艺术的传播属性,着重分析研究艺术传播效果的诸理论、具体表现形式以及影响艺术传播效果的内外在因素,以期能提高艺术的传播效果、加强艺术传播学研究和学科的建设。
