目的:研究有或无转移性皮肤癌nm23-H1的表达可否作为预后判断的指标。方法:用免疫组织化学技术SP法检查38例基底细胞癌及71例皮肤鳞状细胞癌,比较其nm23-H1过表达率。结果:基底细胞癌过表达率71%(30/38),无转移鳞癌过表达率68%(26/44),有转移鳞癌为0.8%(1/12)。但阴茎鳞癌nm23-H1过表达并不降低转移率。结论:抑制转移基因nm23-H1)过表达与皮肤癌转移呈反相关,差别有显著意义,可作为判断预后指标之一,但阴茎癌除外

Objectives:To detect the expression of HPV antigen and P53 protein in condylomata acuminatum (CA) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of penis. Methods: After routine pathologic diagnosis, the specimens were immunostained with rabbit anti human papilloma virus antibody and mouse anti human P53 protein antibody(S P method). Results: HPV antigen was detected in all 21 CA and 2 SCC of penis. The overexpression of P53 protein was observed in 12 SCC of penis (12 of 19, 64%) in which 6 were strong positive. Five of 21 CA (24%) were low P53 protein expresion. Conclusions:CA is related to HPV infection and some with low expression of P53 protein. In contrast, the overexpression of P53 protein is often observed in SCC of penis and few cases related to HPV infection.

目的: 探讨HPV 及P53蛋白在尖锐湿疣和阴茎鳞癌中的表达情况。 方法: 在常规病理确定诊断后,用SP免疫组化法显示标本内的HPV 抗原和P53 蛋白。 结果:尖锐湿疣21 例,HPV标记均阳性,P53 蛋白标记5例见低度表达。阴茎鳞癌19 例,HPV 标记阳性2例,P53 蛋白标记12例见过度表达(阳性率63% ),其中6 例强阳性。 结论:尖锐湿疣与HPV 感染有关,少数见P53 蛋白低度表达;而阴茎鳞癌中常见P53蛋白过度表达,少数可能与HPV感染有关。
