The clinical course may be either acute or chronic with remissions and relapses. It was probably the change of the immune status following innoculation that induced the nuerological complication. The clinical manifestations of the neurological complication were compatible with the clinical picture of acute encephalomyelitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome or multiple sclerosis. It supports the idea that different inflammatory demyelinating diseases are interrelated with the same pathogenesis. The presence of chronic relapsing course of neurological manifestation may suggest that innoculation may be one of the inciting factors of multiple sclerosis.
