对侧向表面磁超晶格结构中电子的隧穿输运现象作了深入系统的研究。揭示了简单磁垒结构中依赖于结构构型和入射电子动量的传输共振的特性以及周期磁超晶格结构中共振劈裂效应和波矢过滤效应的特征。将准周期的概念引入磁超晶格,研究了其中的电输运性质,结果表明电子的传输几率随入射电子能量的变化表现出复杂的振荡和选择性地衰减,同时传输共振谱上出现了单峰共振和双峰共振。另外电子隧穿准周期磁超晶格结构的电导也显著减小。

The static solution of messon fields in (πω)and (πωf 1)chiral soliton model is analyzed,then the effect of f 1(1282)in moment of inertia and mass splitting of chiral soliton are investigated under two methods of determining parameters.We find that the effect of f 1is trivial and can be neglected.
