本文报告1例重症再生障碍性贫血患者因接受ABO血型不合供体的异基因骨髓移植后并发纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血。采用血浆置换术2次,共置换出患者体内血浆3.2L后,血清抗"A"血型抗体滴度由1∶64下降至1∶8,骨髓幼红细胞比分逐渐上升,由血浆置换术前的0.005上升至术后12周的0.21;红细胞输注量逐渐减少,血红蛋白逐渐升高,患者目前已完全恢复正常2年余。

The morphometrical study had been done, which concerned the ultrastructures of the centrical macrophages of the experiment rabbits' erythroblast nests at high altitude. The results indicated that the number of the mitochondria had decreased slightly during the acute hypoxia period; the mean volume of the mitochondria enlarged,meantime,the number of the different states lysosomes increased smoothly,the ratio of the secondary lysosomes and residual bodies rose, the average volume of the lysosomes sharply enlarged....

These structural changes in the cells showed that the hypoxia environment can affect the function of the centrical macrophages.The discussion about the results be taken in the article.

通过对高原实验家兔骨髓幼红细胞岛中心巨噬细胞的超微结构形态计量研究。发现在急性低氧时期,该细胞内线粒体数量有所下降,线粒体平均体积增大,同时各级溶酶体数量平缓上升,但其平均体积急剧增大,其中次级溶酶体和残余体所占比例,随停留高原时间延长有增大趋势。细胞内粗面内质网体积分数增加不显著,上述细胞器结构和数量的改变提示,低氧对骨髓内巨噬细胞的功能有一定的抑制作用。本文就上述研究结果进行了讨论。
