Based on the variational principles and the work, aerodynamical calculation was presented for the blade-to-blade flow on S_1 stream sheet of centrifugal compressor (Type: 11GJ and 110J). The calculation shows that the efficiency of Type 110J (74%) is greater than that of Type 11GJ (72%). The result is fully in agreement with that of the experiment performed by the Wusih Power Machine Plant.

本文在文献[1]和文献[3]的基础上对无锡动力机厂提供的11GJ及110J型涡轮增压器离心式压气机叶栅S_1流面的气动特性进行计算。计算结果分析表明:110J型叶栅气动特性优于11GJ型叶栅,与实际试验所得结果——110J型效率(74%)高于11GJ型(72%)相吻合。文章对出气角β_2、分流片环量Γ_I及栅后区长度的选取等提出自己的观点,尤其对难以估计的出气角β_2作了较详细的论述,且经多种涡轮、压气机和风机等叶轮机械的实例计算均行之有效。

The model for the cycle-match of turbine and compressor is established as the equivauentnozzle cross area is known. The experimental coefficient formula of the pressure loss has beenintroduced to the MPC model.In order to avoid solving non-linear equations f_i=0(i=1,2,…,n)Jacobi matrix,the pressure loss function G_2 is used to iterate.

提出了利用当量喷嘴截面、压气机特性曲线,进行涡轮压气机的循环匹配,将压力损失经验系数模型引入MPC分支,并在求解MPC分支中利用推导的压强差函数G_2,进行迭代计算,避免了求解非线性方程组f_i=0(i=1,2,…,n)的Jacobi矩阵,计算速度有所提高.

Presents the mathematical models of turbine, compressor, combustion chamber androtator of turbocharger on testing bench with module structure. The dynamic simulation of Garrett51 turbocharger is realized under MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The results of simulation andexperiment are very close, which is of significance for further study of the dynamic characteristics ofturbocharged diesel engines.

采用模块化结构建立了涡轮增压器实验台的涡轮、压气机、燃烧室和转子的数学模型.以微机为基础,在MATLAB/SIMULINK系统仿真环境下实现了Garrett T51涡轮增压器的动态仿真.仿真结果与实验结果接近,对进一步研究涡轮增压柴油机的动态特性有重要的指导意义.
