The modified Sheibel column is a highly efficient equipment forextraction. A column of 100mm i.d. was used in this study. Its height of equiva-lent theoretical stage is 112mm, when the throughput is 24L/h in kerosene-butyricacid-water system. The column has good sealing and is steady in operation.It is suitable for those extraction processes requiring many stages and smallthroughput in the production of drugs.

采用DSC方法研究了新型钼酚醛树脂的固化行为和固化反应动力学,用TG方法研究了固化产物的热降解性能,并进行了钼酚醛复合材料的高温烧蚀试验和高焓条件下的烧蚀试验。结果表明,No.2钼酚醛树脂,当树脂、固化剂配比为100/10时,固化温度最低,固化反应表现活化能最小,产物的热稳定性最佳,成炭率最高。同时表明,钼酚醛复合材料的高温烧蚀性能良好,特别是在高热通量条件下,性能更佳。
