The catalyst containing 3 % by weight of Fe,O3 supported on TiO2 was prepared by impregnation of TiO, with a solution of ferric nitrate, and subsequently dried at 373K and calcined at 823K for 5 hr. Catalyst samples at various steps in the water-gas shift reaction have been investigated by MB, BET and XRD. The MB spectra of the catalyst before reaction indicated that a surface compound which was similar to Fe2TiO5 might be formed on the surface of TiO2 as a result of the interaction between the active component...

Catalyst samples at various steps in the water-gas shift reaction have been investigated by MB, BET and XRD. The MB spectra of the catalyst before reaction indicated that a surface compound which was similar to Fe2TiO5 might be formed on the surface of TiO2 as a result of the interaction between the active component and the support material. Part of this surface compound was finally reduced to FeTiO3 crystal via some intermediate states under the reaction conditions, and this was confirmed by X-ray diffraction investigation.The activities of the catalysts supported on MgO,γ-Al2O3 and TiO2, for the water-gas shift reaction were determined. On the basis of the catalyst activities, the reoxidation properties of the reduced catalysts and the previous conclusions,the extent of the interaction between the active component and support for these three catalysts was compared. The extent of the interaction depended not only on the properties of the support and active component but also on the reaction conditions. Because of the formation of FeTiO3 crystal, the interaction between TiO2 support and the active component was thought to be stronger than that supported on r-A12O3 or MgO. On the other hand, according to the dispersion of iron ions and the extent of reoxidation of iron (Ⅱ) ions to iron (Ⅲ) ions, it is found that the order of the interaction between iron(Ⅱ) ions and the support is as follows: MgO>r-Al2O3> TiO2. The relation between the structure, the texture of the surface compounds and the activities of the catalysts was discussed.

There fore, if the method of deep application is adopted, its effect on crops in fields can also be similar to that of ammonium sulphate or urea.The volatilization process of ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulphate and urea can be simulated by power regression equation Y=Ax~b, and the correlation between the initial volatilization amount (mgN/h) and regression constant A is significant. Their nitrification process on different soils can be simulated by exponential equation Y=Ae~(bx), their initial nitrification rate (%) and regression constants A and B are approximate on the same soil but very different on different soils, which indicates that nitrification rate of nitrogen fertilizer after it being applied in soil depends mainly on the soil properties.

A circulating oxygen uptake test was used to study the Daqing medium lube oil with respect to the interaction between sulfur-containing compounds and different aromatic components, the effective factors which affect the oxidation stability, and the effect of sulfur-containing compounds on the kinetic oxidation reaction curves of the sample. The research leads to the conclusions as follows: Synergism of dinuclear and polynuclear aromatics with sulfur-containing compounds is the effective factor to the oxidation stability of the lube oil. The higher the content of dinuclear and polynuclear aromatics as well as sulfurcontaining compounds, the greater this synergism, while interaction of mononuclear aromatics and sulfur-containing compounds changes from synergism to antagonism as sulfur content increases. The main sulfur-containing compounds in the lube oil are thiophenic compounds and sulfides. The kinetic oxidation reaction curves of the oil are independent of the content of thiophenic compounds but dependent on that of sulfides. The cyclosulfide and disulfide are more effective than the other sulfides. Antioxidation of the oil is closely connected with the sulfur content in oil. When the sulfur content is low, oxidation can be inhibited by sulfur-containing compounds in the later stage of oxidation.Only when the sulfur content in the oil reaches a certain value,sulfur-containing compounds exert significant antioxidation during the whole oxidation process.

以大庆中质润滑油基础油为试油,采用循环吸氧方法,研究了含硫化合物与芳烃各组分的相互作用,考察了影响油品氧化安定性的有效因素,并探讨了含硫化合物对大庆油氧化动力学曲线的影响。结果表明:双环芳烃和多环芳烃与含硫化合物的增效作用是油品的抗氧有效因素;润滑油中硫化物主要是噻吩型和硫醚型,硫醚型硫化物具有抗氧活性,环硫醚和二硫化物活性更强;含硫化合物的抗氧能力与其在油中的含量密切相关,只有当硫含量达到一定值时,才能在整个氧化过程中发挥显著的抗氧化作用.
