本文以最新的全息动光弹为手段,进行实验室二维爆破模型的全场动应力求解研究,在一次加载中同时获得了四个不同时刻的等和线与等差线条纹,从而首次在较为一般情况下完整地给出模型的全场动应力,解决了以往爆破模型全场主应力无法获得的难题。课题完成了全息动光弹实验系统的建立,包括研制走用同步控制电路、进行激光器内、外充路调试和激光器设计性能的重要改进;首次用光程变化原理研究爆破加载动态条纹刺据问题,发现了两种条纹的共同本质属性(另文发表);计算并分析了半无限平面爆破加载,双孔同时起爆时应力波叠加前、叠加中是否保留爆生气体等情况的应力分布规律,得到了定量计算的结果。本课题对今后爆破模型的全场定量分析将起一定的积极作用.

By means of a constrained expansion and a free expansion explosion tests, the deformation and crack characteristics and the formation rules of fragments of the cylinder walls made of five kinds of materials under the condition of explosive loading were investigated. On the basis of the characteristics of macro-fractures and the analyzed results of the microstructures of fragments, the microstructural evolutions and the formations of cracks of the cylinder walls are differentiated into four kinds of types, so four kinds of deformative destructive mechanisms correspond to them. The research results show that interfaces exist between neighboring deformed layers formed by different mechanisms. Four kinds of interfaces were found. A three-layer-structure model was adopted to analyze the relationship between the loading conditions and the formations of interfaces. The effects of explosives, properties of materials and structures of cylinder walls and so on on the formation rules of the interfaces are discussed, too.
