It has put forward a solution for loading inspection with 80C196KB based on this model. According to the character of exception, it implements a bidirectional wireless communication between LHD loader and remote control center by using the GSM module typed TC35. Finally, this paper discusses the relational software design that is mainly focused on the flow chart of key program sections. As a result, this paper mainly implements two functions for LHD loader. One is loading inspection and the other is handling for exceptional information such as overloading. Then it can greatly improve the reliability and stability of LHD loader.

Combining grey-relational theory and Euclidean distance, a new method for computing degree of similarity in case-based reasoning (CBR) was presented. Especially, the grey-relational theory based case searching and matching method was described in detail. Furthermore, a case study of fault intelligent diagnosis system for loader is given. The strategic synthesis of CBR and other diagnosis methods was also envisioned. Through this method degree of similarity resolution is greatly impoved, and computing problem of degree of compound similarity when multi-index factors are correlative is solved well, too.

The characteristic of a loader teleservice and fault diagnostic system under Internet circumstances is analyzed. Based on this point the architecture of this system is put forward, which use BP neural network to diagnose faults of the loader. In addition, the main principal of the fault diagnostic system based on the integration of expert system and BP neural network is described. Finally the realization of the system implemented with EJB is discussed in detail.

通过分析网络化环境下装载机远程服务与故障诊断系统的特点,在此基础上提出该系统的结构,并使用BP神经网络进行装载机的故障诊断,阐述了基于BP神经网络和专家系统混合的神经网络故障诊断专家系统的基本原理。最后分析了基于EJB的装载机远程服务与故障诊断系统的软件实现方法。
