Metabolic changes of protein were studied in 6 patients of chronic renal failure by using ~(15)N-glycine. The patients were given low protein, high carbohydrate, high calorie diet with aminoacids compound. During the treatment, the following changes were observed: improvement of the nutritional status and lowering of the nitrogenous substances shown by a significant decrease of blood urea nitrogen, increase of blood transferrin, positive nitrogen balance and tendency of plasma protein increment. Metabolic changes of protein were studied in 6 patients of chronic renal failure by using ~(15)N-glycine. The patients were given low protein, high carbohydrate, high calorie diet with aminoacids compound. During the treatment, the following changes were observed: improvement of the nutritional status and lowering of the nitrogenous substances shown by a significant decrease of blood urea nitrogen, increase of blood transferrin, positive nitrogen balance and tendency of plasma protein increment. There was no significant change of blood creatinine. Three blood aminoacids——leucine, isoleucine and threonine, though lowered before, were increased after the treatment, while phenylalanine, elevated before, was Iowered. The nonessential aminoacids such as glycine, alanine, and cystine, elevated before, were also lowered after the treatment. The ratio of essential aminoacids to nonessential aminoacids had a tendency to increase, but of no statistical significance. There were also increases of the aminoacids turnover rate (Q), protein synthesis(S) and protein catabolism. The increase of S/Q ratio suggests that the disturbance of the protein metabolism in patients of chronic renal failure is improved after treatment.

本文用~(15)N-甘氨酸作示踪,测定慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用低蛋白,高热卡饮食治疗与配合复方氨基酸治疗前后的氮平衡,蛋白质代谢紊乱的改善以及血浆氨基酸浓度变化等方面的机理。通过治疗除了临床症状改善,血尿素氮下降,血转铁蛋白提高,氨平衡提高,血浆必需氨基酸水平上升外,可见血氨基流量(Q)增加,蛋白质合成速率(S)与分解速率(C)增加。氨基酸的利用率(S/Q)增加表明治疗后有蛋白质代谢紊乱的改善。

To develop a rapid method for estimating the availabilites of protein and amino acids of swine feed, a modified method of in vitro incubation with pepsin-porcine intestinal fluid was carried out. The protein and amino acids availabilities of 15 groups of mixed swine dies were determined by the modified in vitro method and the ileal digest analysis method.The results showed there were significant correlative relationsh-ipsbetween the in vitro crude protein digestibility (IVCPD) and ileal apparent availabilities of crude protein (r=0.987), threonine,valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenyllanine, lysine,histidine and arginine (0.920-0.989) Because the excretion of endogenous amino acids was affected by many complicated factors, the correlation between IVCPD and ileal true availabilites of amino acids were poor.

为了探索一种评定猪饲料蛋白质和氨基酸利用率的快速方法,本研究以回肠食糜分析法为对照,以改进的胃蛋白酶—猪小肠液两阶段处理的离体消化法为手段,对不同蛋白质含量(9~29%cp)的15组试验日粮作了评定,结果表明:离体粗蛋白消化率(IVCPD)与回肠末端粗蛋白表现消化率呈强相关关系(r=0.987) IVCPD与苏、缬、亮、异亮、苯丙、赖、组、精等必需氨基酸的回肠末端表现消化率亦呈强相关关系(r=0.921~0.989)。由于猪小肠内源氨基酸的分泌情况受多种复杂因素的影响,IVCPD与各种必需氨基酸真消化率的相关性较差。
