One hundred and fifty specimens of benign and malignnat prostatic tissues were stained with argyrophil nucleolar organizer region(AgNOR) technique and the AgNOR granules were counted. It was found that the average number of AgNOR granules was gradually increased in the order of normal prostatic tissue, benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic atypical hyperpiasia and prostatic carcinoma and the largest in prostatic carcinoma. One hundred and fifty specimens of benign and malignnat prostatic tissues were stained with argyrophil nucleolar organizer region(AgNOR) technique and the AgNOR granules were counted. It was found that the average number of AgNOR granules was gradually increased in the order of normal prostatic tissue, benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic atypical hyperpiasia and prostatic carcinoma and the largest in prostatic carcinoma. The number of AgNOR granules was comparatively small in the well-differentiated large acinous adenocarcinoma.The AgNOR granules could be classified into 4 types according to their shape, size and number. They were the small round granules, large round granules,satellite-like round granules and irregular granules, It is believed that AgNOR staining is of diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for most cases of prostatic carcinoma and benign prostatic lesions. In addition, there might be certain ralationship between the type of AgNOR granules and the pathological nature of the prostatic lesions.

应用嗜银核仁组成区(AgNOR)技术对150例良、恶性前列腺组织进行了检测。结果表明从正常前列腺、良性前列腺增生(BPH)、前列腺非典型增生(PAH)与前列腺癌(PC)的AgNOR颗粒均数值呈递增性增高,PC的颗粒均数值明显高于正常及其它各组,PAH颗粒数量界于BPH与PC之间。PC组的分类统计表明在TUR术组、大泡性高分化腺癌中AgNOR颗粒数偏低。根据AgNOR颗粒的形态、大小与数目,作者将其分为:小圆颗粒、大圆颗粒、卫星状圆形颗粒及不规则异形颗粒4种类型。结果提示AgNOR技术对大多数PC与前列腺良性病变具有诊断与鉴别诊断价值,也提示PAH为PC的癌前病变。并表明不同的颗粒类型与不同病理类型的PC有一定关系。

Variation in the number of silver-stained nucleolar organizer region-assiociated proteins (AgNORs) were studied in paraffin sections of 43 prostatic adenocarcinoma , 30 dysplasia and 19 benign hyperplasia. There was a significant difference between the mean AgNORs counts in the normal cells, dysplasia cells and tumor cells. The mean AgNORs counts significantly increased with increasing grade of tumor. AgNORs counting might contribute to the conventional diagnostic indicater of the prostatic lesions.

对43例前列腺癌、30例前列腺非典型增生及19例良性前列腺增生症的石蜡包埋标本,应用核仁组成区染色技术系统地观察了核仁组成区(AgNOR)的数量变化。结果显示:前列腺癌平均AgNOR计数显著高于良性前列腺增生症者;前列腺非典型增生的AgNOR计数介于良性增生症与癌组织之间,说明前列腺非典型增生具有潜在的恶性病变。前列腺癌平均AgNORs计数与组织学分级关系密切,随肿瘤组织的分级增高而增高,不同的组织分级之间其平均AgNOR计数有显著的差异,提示AgNOR颗粒与前列腺癌的分化程度有关。
