A new design of ATCXO which is suitable for integrate circuit is presented.And the method to design the compensator is introduced.The new type of ATCXO can reduce phase noise and downsize these TCXOs which is suitable for IC and mass-produce.This compensated method is suitable for mobile communication, especially in celluar phones.The experimental compensated results indicate that:the oscillator has achieved ±1.5×10 -6/0℃~70℃.
