The relationship between serum amylase polymorphism and reproductive performance was analyzed by the least square analysis model of two factors (genotypes of boars and sows) with interaction. The results demonstrated that the frequency of genotype AA, AB and BB was 0. 173 9, 0. 426 1 and 0.400 0, and the gene frequency of allele A and B was 0. 387 0 and 0. 613 0 respectively. The allele C was not found. The heterozygosity (h) of this locus was 0. 474 4. There were no significant differences in reproductive performance of different genotypic boars and sows, but there was significant differences in piglets' weaning weight of different genotypic mating combinations.

采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)对115头撒坝猪血清淀粉酶(Am)多态性进行了检测,并用二因素有互作的最小二乘模型对不同淀粉酶基因型与繁殖性能的关系进行了分析。结果表明,所检测到的血清淀粉酶AA、AB和BB3种基因型的频率分别为0.1739、0.4261和0.4000,2个等位基因A和B的频率分别为0.3870和0.6130,未发现C基因。该位点的遗传多样性指数为0.4744。在3种基因型中,不同基因型公、母猪间的繁殖性能差异未达到显著水平(P>0.05),但公、母猪不同基因型交配组合间的繁殖性能则在仔猪断奶体重上存在着显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明血清淀粉酶多态性与某些繁殖性状之间存在着一定的相关。

The serum amylase polymorphism of 115 Saba pigs was investigated by using the method of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the relationship of amylase genotypes and growth traits was analyzed by the least square model of two factors(amylase genotype and sex)with interaction. The results showed that the frequencies of genotype AA,AB and BB were 0.1739,0.4261 and 0.4000 respectively,and the frequencies of allele A and B were 0.3870 and 0.6130 respectively. The allele C was not found in this study. The index of genetic diversity of this locus was 0.4744. Among the three genotypes,the 6 months body weight,the daily gains of 2-6 months and 4-6 months of genotype BB were significantly better than those of the other two genotypes. The interaction effects of amylase genotype and sex on the body weights of 20 days,4 months and 6 months and the daily gains of 0-20 days,2-4 months,2-6 months and 4-6 months were significant. It indicated the possibility of using serum amylase polymorphism as the genetic marker of pig growth traits in marker assisted selection.

本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对115头撒坝猪血清淀粉酶(Am)多态性进行了检测,并用二因素有互作的最小二乘模型对不同淀粉酶基因型与生长速度的关系进行了分析。结果表明,所检测到的血清淀粉酶AA、AB和BB3种基因型的频率分别为0.1739、0.4261和0.4000,两个等位基因A和B的频率分别为0.3870和0.6130,未发现C基因。该位点的遗传多样性指数为0.4744。在3种基因型中,BB型个体的6月龄体重、2~6月龄日增重和4~6月龄日增重最高,且淀粉酶基因型与性别之间在20日龄体重、4月龄体重、6月龄体重、0~20日龄日增重、2~4月龄日增重、2~6月龄日增重和4~6月龄日增重等性状上存在着明显的互作效应,显示出血清淀粉酶多态性作为增重速度的遗传标记以进行标记辅助选择的可能性
