Objective:To study attitude of medical students to dying and death in order to improve medical education.Method:451 medical students were investigated with self-made questionnaire.Results:Having encountered death of others,having dying family members had great influence on attitude to death.The acceptance of family to death and dying,and culture viewpoint on death had also significant influence.

目的 :了解医学生对死亡和濒死的态度 ,为在高等医学教育开设死亡教育课程提供依据。方法 :在天津医科大学和华北煤炭医学部在校学生中按两校学生总数比例各抽取二年级和四年级 45 1个有效样本为研究对象。采用课题组自编的问卷进行调查。结果 :接触死亡的经历 ,家庭成员中有无危重病人 ,家庭、社会对死亡的接受和顺应程度 ,受教育水平对医学生死亡态度的形成具有重要影响。结论 :对死亡教育有全面的要求。

To explore the influence of intelligence level and personality type of senior high school students on their attitude towards study burden, 829 senior high school students were tested using the Student Attitude Scale for Study Burden (SASSB), Raven Standard Reasoning Test (RSRT) and CPI with the data analyzed by cluster analysis and F test. The results indicated that students of different intelligence levels showed no significant difference in their attitude towards study burden, but there existed remarkable...

To explore the influence of intelligence level and personality type of senior high school students on their attitude towards study burden, 829 senior high school students were tested using the Student Attitude Scale for Study Burden (SASSB), Raven Standard Reasoning Test (RSRT) and CPI with the data analyzed by cluster analysis and F test. The results indicated that students of different intelligence levels showed no significant difference in their attitude towards study burden, but there existed remarkable differences among students of three different personality types (assertive and enterprising, adamant and impulsive, passive and craven). The findings suggest that a positive personality helps to develop a positive attitude towards study burden, whereas a negative personality induces a negative attitude.

以829名高中生为对象,对“瑞文标准推理测验”、“加利福尼亚人格调查表”和“中学生学业负担态度量表”的测试数据进行聚类分析和F检验,探讨学生智力水平与人格类型特征对其学业负担态度形成的影响。结果显示,不同智力水平学生对待学业负担的态度无显著差异,但积极进取型学生与固执冲动型及消极退缩型学生间的差异显著。积极进取的人格类型特征有助于形成学生对待学业负担的积极态度,而消极人格类型特征导致学生对待学业负担更为消极的态度。
