One case of transcortical sensory aphasia with frequent perseveration and neologism, and one case of subcortical motor aphasia with mainly semantic paraphasia in oral naming were received for written naming training using A-B design. The results indicated that written naming training could improve oral naming and written naming of the motor aphasia. There was a generalization to oral naming of trained and untrained stimuli.
