In this study,the development and deficiency of many newseparate and capture techniques like electrochemistry,ionic liquid technique,chemical looping combustion and so on are summarized,introduce the actuality and development foreground of reduction emission technology of CO 2(the development of new energy sources and reproducible energy sources,improve energy sources'effiˉciency and economize energy sources)、Carbon sequestration technique(ocean sequestration,geologiˉcal sequestration)and analyze the economic cost of carbon sequestration.Meanwhile the spare meaˉsures of carbon sequestration are brought forward and point out the light biosynthesis reaction is the most economy,efficiency,potential carbon sequestration technique was presented.

The advances in research of new processes for separation and capture of CO_2 were introduced,including electrochemical process,membrane process and chemical recirculation combustion process.The prospects of CO_2 reutilization were analyzed,such as using gaseous CO_2 as carbon source for organism and auxiliary for injection molding and synthesis materials for organic compounds(like carbamate and surfactant);using liquid CO_2 for artificial diamond production,heat pump drying and supercritical CO_2 extraction;and using solid CO_2(dry ice)for cold jet cleaning,etc.CO_2 is a latent rich carbon source,it is necessary to develop new reutilization processes for it and speed up its industrialized reutilization.
