Novel extracellular phytase was produced by Aspergillus niger NCIM 563 under submerged fermentation conditions at 30?°C in medium containing dextrin and glucose as carbon sources along with sodium nitrate as nitrogen source.
      


In this paper,the appropriate fermentation conditions and medium for Agrccybe aegire(Brig)Bing in submerged culture with shake flask were studied.The results showed that the suitable culture conditions were as follows:temperature 25℃,pH5.5~6.0,stirring speed150180r/min,times 4~5d.fermentation medium is PDACorn Submerged.

研究了茶薪菇适宜的液体发酵条件及发酵培养基。结果表明:适宜发酵条件为:培养温度24-26℃,培养基起始pH5.5-6.0,振荡频率150-180r/min,培养时间4-5d,菌丝生长最旺。发酵培养基为PDA——玉米粉综合培养基。为进一步研制成保健饮料奠定了基础。

In this paper, the appropriate fermentation conditions and the changing situation of pH value and DO value for Hericium erinaceus in submerged culture with shake flask were studied The results showed that the suitable culture conditions were as follows: pH5 0~6 0 volume 50~75 ml/250 ml,inoculate 10%;pH value and DO value were on the decrease in the course of submerged fermentation

通过对猴头菌液体发酵的部分环境条件进行试验 ,得出其最适宜的液体发酵条件 ,同时分析了在液体发酵过程中培养基中的DO及 pH值的变化情况。结果表明 :猴头菌部分适宜的发酵条件为 :培养基起始pH值 5 0~ 6 0 ,摇瓶装量 5 0~ 75ml,接种量为 10 % ;发酵过程中DO及 pH值均降低。

以DCFM9突变株为出发菌株,对其液体发酵条件进行了优化,得到了最佳发酵条件.优化后发酵培养基组成:木糖为20 g,大豆蛋白胨为20 g,KH2PO4为1 g,K2HPO4.3H2O为4 g,Ca-Cl2为0.4 g,MgSO4.7H2O为0.5 g,水为1 000 mL;摇瓶发酵的最佳工艺条件为pH7.4,接种量2%,种龄24 h,装液量50 mL/250 mL,37℃,180 r/min,发酵12 h加入1 g/L的Tween 40.在此条件下发酵72 h,产酶量最高可达3011.08 U/mL.
