本实验将水貂卵巢内卵母细胞发育过程分成四个阶段,在卵母细胞恢复生长之前的第Ⅰ阶段,线粒体大而圆,缺乏嵴,卵母细胞恢复生长之后,许多线粒体变细变长,体积缩小,嵴增加,在第Ⅱ阶段晚期线粒体交圆,嵴减少,随着卵母细胞的发育,线粒体数量增加并逐渐移向皮层区.高尔基复合体始终位于质膜下的皮层区,粗面内质网罕见,滑面内质网不发达,以单个囊池形式存在,游离核糖体丰富,在第Ⅰ阶段卵母细胞中可见到不活跃贮藏形式的核糖体集团及成群的黑色嗜锇颗粒,卵母细胞恢复生长后消失,皮质颗粒出现,其数量不断增加,它们始终位于质膜下呈线状分布也是水貂卵母细胞的特点之一.在卵母细胞发育晚期,胞质中有大量脂滴.

In mink oocytes lipid droplet formation is one of the marks that indicates the beginning of growth of oocytes. In early development stage of oocytcs, lipid droplets are scattered in the ooplasm between the cortical region and nucleus and arc stained dark in color. But in the late stage their size increases markcdly.The droplets gather together, and arc stained light in color. Tt was found by staining that lipid droplets consisted mainly of neutral fat and phospholipid before the appcarance of the follicular antrum, but after the appearance they consisted mainly of neutral fat, and phospholipid disappeared. The results of the experiment showed that the lipid droplets came probably from a kind of black osmiophilic granules (with diameter about 0.38μm) in the quiet oocytcs. Possessing a lot of lipid droplets is one of the characteristics of mink's mature oocytcs.

应用电镜及光镜组织化学技术,对水貂卵巢內各发育阶段卵母细胞中的脂滴进行了研究。在水貂卵母细胞中,脂滴的形成是卵母细胞生长开始的标志之一。在生长早期,卵母细胞中脂滴分散在皮质与核之间的胞质中,且脂滴的染色较深,在晚期阶段,脂滴明显增大,聚集到一起,染色变浅。经油红O和酸性氧化苏木素染色证明,在卵泡腔形成之前,脂滴主要是由中性脂肪和磷脂组成,在卵泡腔形成之后,脂滴成分主要是中性脂肪,磷脂消失。实验结果表明,脂滴可能是来自于相对静止期卵母细胞中分布的黑色嗜锇颗粒(直径约0.38μm),经过脂质的不断蓄积而形成脂滴。脂滴量特别多是水貂成熟卵母细胞的特点之一。
