提出了一种用FPGA技术实现任意形式的语音调度电路的方法。该方法运用语音组合矩阵的概念,通过FPGA器件实施多路语音的并行处理技术,为语音通信中的会议、广播、多组广播、监听等所有种类的语音调度电路提供了一个全面的解决方案。文中对采用这一解决方案的语音调度电路的同步方式、信号动态范围、背景噪声抑制等做了分析,并介绍了一个32路的语音调度电路设计实例。

This paper discusses the development of power dispatching and telecommunication,power dispatching system,dispatching circuits,existing problems in network configuration,technology and policy,equipment requirement as well as dispatching exchange network plan etc.according to the requirement of the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan of the State Grid Corporation of China.

为了更好地发挥目前各网、省电力调度交换网的作用,建立一个多级调度综合、高效、可靠的调度交换网是非常必要和可行的。文章根据《国家电网公司“十一五”通信发展规划》的要求,就调度通信发展史、调度体制、调度电路类型、组网存在的问题、技术政策、设备要求及调度交换网规划等方面进行了探讨。
