The effects of sodium selenite on the cell growth and proliferation of human promyelocytic leukemia cell line (HL-60 cells)and on the cytosolic free calcium in the same cells were examined. The results showed that sodium selenite significantly inhibited the cell growth and proliferation and decreased the basal level of [Ca~(2+)]i and the ATP-stimulated [Ca~(2+)]i in HL-60 cells.

目的:以柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)感染体外培养的小鼠心肌细胞,探讨CVB3感染心肌细胞后对心肌细胞周期、心肌细胞凋亡和心肌细胞浆游离钙的影响。    方法:制备心肌细胞样本,设正常对照组及实验组(CVB3感染心肌细胞),流式细胞仪、钙荧光探针标记分别检测细胞周期、细胞凋亡及心肌细胞浆内游离钙。    结果:CVB3感染心肌细胞后,可显著抑制心肌细胞的分裂增殖,诱导心肌细胞凋亡;显著增高心肌细胞浆内游离钙浓度和减少细胞外钙含量。    结论:CVB3感染体外培养的心肌细胞,可能引起心肌细胞凋亡和心肌细胞浆内钙超载,初步实验提示此种变化可能是病毒性心肌炎心脏损伤的重要机制。
