MethodsUsing HPLC to detect EAAs rele ase,and colorimeter method to measure the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase,Mg 2+ -ATPase,Ca 2+ -ATPase,Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase in the cerebro -cortical synaptosomes of ovariectomized rats exposed to deltamethrin (2×10 -5 mol/L),and treated with different doses of 17β estradiol(10 -5 ,10 -8 ,10 -11 mol/L).
In this study, a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of environmental estrogens including bishphenol A (BPA) , 4-nonylphenol(NP), 17α-ethinylestradiol(EE2) and endogenic estrogens including 17α—estradiol(E2- α), 17β—estradioI(E2- β) and estriol(E3) in human urine and animal serum samples was developed and evaluated.
1. It is confirmed that the three estrogens studied in this work can be photo- oxidized and degraded in the Fe(Ⅲ)-H_2O_2 system. The photodegradation efficiencies are dependent on the pH value and H_2O_2 concentration of the system, with higher efficiency at Ph 3-3.5 and high H_2O_2 concentraston.
The results of estrin group at 1×10-8 mol/L and at 1×10-6 mol/L were significantly higher than that in control group [(90.95±5.89),(95.12±6.17),(81.44±5.37)per 100 cells,(t=2.95, P < 0.05;t=3.50, P < 0.01)].
③ The expression results of estrin receptor β of osteoblast: There were no significant effects of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone on the expression of estrin receptor β at different dosage.
Effect of Estradiol Dipropionate on Protein Synthesis in Oocytes and Ovary of the Sea Urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius at D
We studied protein synthesis in the oocytes and ovary of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius at different stages of the reproductive cycle after treatment with estradiol dipropionate.
Before spawning, estradiol dipropionate did not cause any changes in protein synthesis.
After estradiol dipropionate treatment, the inhibitors of protein synthesis, puromycin and actinomycin D, decreased the intensity of 3H-leucine incorporation in the oocytes and protein synthesis in the ovary.
The involvement of estradiol dipropionate in the regulation of protein synthesis in the sea urchin gonad is discussed.
