Three species of Lathridius genus stored product pests are collected from maize deteriorated on the bottom of maize bulk in yining, Xinjiang in May 1986, one of these-Lathridius rugicollis ( Olivier ) is a new species noted in our country. In this paper, the morphological character of L. rugicollis is described, and compared with L. bergrpthi Reitter and L. pseudominutus ( Strand ) in morphology and male genitalia.

Abstract-Cosmic-ray ionization in the lower atmosphere was measured by the pressurized ionization chamber on lakes with different altitude and latitude in Yunnan province and Xinjiang Autonomy Region and oa a high-altitude ballon. The variation of cosmic-ray ionization with latitude was also measured from Hainandao island to Manzhouli. An expression for distribution of cosmic-ray ionization with altitude and latitude was given by: I(h, Am, Y) = (I0+0.0098Xm)exp(7.27 X KT'h1' 1I4)I.

用充压电离室在云南省和新疆自治区的不同海拔高度湖泊上和高空气球上,测量了低大气层中宇宙射线电离量。从海南岛到满州里测量了不同纬度上宇宙射线电离量随纬度的变化。得出宇宙射线电离量随高度和纬度分布的经验公式,I(h,λm,Y)=(I_θ+0.0098λm)exp(7.27×10~(-5)h~(1.184)I与国外报导的实验和理论计算结果有很好的一致性。根据此经验公式和人口的分布资料可估算我国居民所受宇宙射线电离量成分的外照射剂量。
