    This article reports the detection of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF)Virus antigen in lung specimens of 874 rodents, including Apodemus agrarius, Apode-mus peninsulae, Apodemus Chevrieri, Rattus norvegicus, Rattus norvegicus Var albus, Rattus flavipectus, Rattus nitidus, Rattus losea, Rattus confucianus, Mus musculus',Critetulus barabensis, Micrtus fortis, Clethrionomys rufucanus, Blari-nella quadraticauda, etc. out of 27, 692 lung specimens of 35 kinds, of vertebrates captured from 86 sites for investigation in 22 provinces, municipalities and auto-nomous regions from December 1980 to June 1984 by indirect immunofluorescence. Apodemus agarius and Rattus norvegicus are proved to be the main sources of infection for EHF in China. The distribution of EHF virus-carrying rodents possesses characteristics of relative centralization.

The thirty year's (1954-1984) epidemiological survey and analysis of 7802 cases of EHF showed that the characteristic of prevalence of the disease in the area is sporadic and changeable focal distribution and a strong seasonal, mono-peak type.     Epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) has been prevailed in Yan bian for more than 40 years. Generally, species such as Apodemus agrarius, Rattus norvegicus and Microtus fortis are closely related to EHF, but the outbreak is largely due to Apodemus speciosus, Clethrionomus rufocanus and Clethr ionomus rutilus. According to the epidemic characteristic of EHF in Yanbian, entomophilous transmission theory gives a satisfactory explanation to the epidemic behavior of the disease, although the possibility of multiple routes of infecion can not be excluded.     本文对延边地区(1954~1984年)发生的7,802例流行性出血进行了流行病学调查和分析。结果表明,本病在本地区的流行具有散发及变动的灶状分布特点;有明显的季节性,系单峰型;出血热的爆发流行则并非受按月分布的普通性流行规律所制约;青壮年(农民)男性多发;朝鲜族的发病率明显高于汉族。本病在啮齿动物中,属多宿主性。其中,黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠、东方田鼠与出血热的关系最为密切;爆发流行则与林姬鼠、棕背(鼠平)、红背(鼠平)等有关。不能排除出血热有多种传播途经的可能性,但虫媒传播能比较完满地解释本病的许多流行表现。还讨论了出血热的预防,并强调了采取以防鼠灭鼠为中心的综合性预防措施的重要性。

    An investigation of rodents was carried out in 8 counties(cities)of 4 small animal geographic in Shandong province. 1980-1981. Based on the investigation results, references and data, we discussed the composition of fauna and their geographical distribution. The results are as follows: Cricetulus barabensis is the dominant species in LuBci plain and Luxinan plain; Apodemus agrarius in other regions, especial in Low lands; C. barabensis is always the dominant specices in the dry lands all over the province; C....

    An investigation of rodents was carried out in 8 counties(cities)of 4 small animal geographic in Shandong province. 1980-1981. Based on the investigation results, references and data, we discussed the composition of fauna and their geographical distribution. The results are as follows: Cricetulus barabensis is the dominant species in LuBci plain and Luxinan plain; Apodemus agrarius in other regions, especial in Low lands; C. barabensis is always the dominant specices in the dry lands all over the province; C. triton and Rattus norvegicus in some areas in some years, A, peninaulae and R, confucinus are only distributed in mountainous areas. R. rattus and R. flavipectus, Microtus fortis, M. mandarianus, Sciurotamias davidianus and Tamias (Eutamias) sibiricus are the rare species. The population density of rodents reached 71.4% and 34.94% in the terraced peanut fields in hilly areas in Lunan plain, where A. agrarius was as high as 49.9% and 17.97% The high density may be related to the habitat-Large cobble weirs. A. agrarius is the dominant species,(65.20% ) on the top of Taishan and its population is stable.

    1980~1981年,对属于山东省4个动物地理小区的8个县(市)进行了鼠类调查。根据调查结果,并结合文献和一些资料记载,对山东省啮齿动物的区系组成和地理分布进行了探讨。结果表明,黑线仓鼠为鲁北平原和鲁西南平原小区的优势种;黑线姬鼠常为其它小区特别是低洼地区的优势种;黑线仓鼠也常为其它小区旱地的优势种;大仓鼠和褐家鼠在某些年份、某些地区可成为优势种;大林姬鼠和社鼠仅在山区分布。黑家鼠、黄胸鼠、东方田鼠、棕色田鼠、岩松鼠和花鼠为我省的稀有种类。鲁南平原小区的丘陵花生田生境,鼠的种群密度竟高达71.4%和34.9%,其中黑线姬鼠高达49.9%和18.0%,可能与大型鹅卵石地堰这一生境有关。泰山顶的鼠类以黑线姬鼠占绝对优势(65.2%),且其数量稳定。
