In light of the cultural and educational background, and personality t endency of audiences, a special reorientation of the military channel will help to show its military features, embody the idea of national defense and come to b e a popular military information platform. While expanding its influence, the mi litary channel should also uphold the right guidance of public opinions, ensure enough fine works, and develop a brand-consciousness to excel in the stiff compe tition.
