Plasma free radicals was measured by electron spin resonance spectrometer in 6 patients. 本文采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定了36例新生儿败血症血浆和红细胞脂质过氧化物(LPO)的动态变化,其中6例还采用电子自旋共振法直接测定了血浆自由基的动脉变化,并以22例正常新生儿作为对照。结果表明:新生儿败血症时血浆自由基、LPO和红细胞LPO均明显增高,治疗后下降并趋正常;统计分析显示新生儿血浆自由基水平与血浆或红细胞LPO均呈明显的正相关关系。揭示自由基涉及了败血症炎症过程。

Many studies have suggested that oxygen free radical initiate a series of events that result in cell membrane alterations leading to the development of cell injury. The objective of the present study was to examine the circadian characteristics of some parameters of this system in thd blood. One parameter was superoxide dismutase (SOD), a major oxygen free radical scavenger; the other was malondiadehyde (MDA), an important product of lipid peroxidation initiated by oxygen free radicals.Blood samples were collected at 6h intervals beginning at 08∶00 over a 24 h span in nine healthy volunteers (5 females, 4 males, average age 30±5 years). All participants were synchronized for one week with diurnal activity from 07∶00 to 23∶00 and nocturnal rest, with three meals served at 07∶30, 12∶00 and 19∶00. Plasma SOD, MDA levels were measured by pyrogallol autoxidation assay, thiobarbituric acid spectrophotometry respectively, and the data were fitted with a 24 h cosine curve and analyzed further by a populationmean cosinor.The results showed that the plasma SOD levels exhibited a highly significant circadian rhythm (P<0.001) in healthy subjects, with acrophase (Φ) at 21∶17, mesor (M) of 3975.3±680.5 u/g Hb, and amplitude (A) of 273.62u/g Hb. A circadian rhythm of plasma MDA was also detected (P<0.01), Φ=15∶15, M=4.23±0.86μmol/L, A=2.37μmol/L). The evaluation of circadian natures of SOD and MDA may be important in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of associated diseases.

测定9例健康青年24小时血浆自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及自由基代谢产物过氧化脂质(LPO)的浓度变化,并应用时间生物学方法对所得数据进行分析,以探讨SOD和丙二醛的节律变化特征。结果:血浆SOD变化具有明显的近日节律特征(P<0.001),峰值相位(φ)在21∶17点,节律调整中值(M)为3975.3±680u/gHb,振幅(A)为273.62u/gHb,血浆LPO变化也表现出近日节律特性(P<0.01,φ=15∶15,M=4.23±0.86μmol/L,A=2.37μmol/L)。该研究结果为临床有关疾病的诊断、治疗和预防提供了重要的时间生物学参考值
