非过程元素在造纸过程流中的富集有很大影响 ,研究了非过程元素Mn、Fe、Cu、Ca的不同富集量、浆料吸收锰离子时间、钙盐、不同富集态非过程金属元素对漂后白度的影响。结果表明 :过渡金属离子对H2 O2 漂后纸浆白度的提高均有损害 ,最为严重的是锰离子 ,而钙离子却对提高白度有利 ,在预处理消除非过程元素的影响中酸性条件下N助剂效果最好 ,不同富集态的非过程元素以游离态的离子形式对纸浆漂白的影响最大

The Non-Process Metal Elements (NPME) accumulate in non (less)-pollution pulp bleaching process flow in different states, such as dissociation, absorbed on fibers, chelated with lignin and reacted with cellulose. The accumulation states of NPME into the pulp to imitate the accumulation of NPME. The studies showed that about 50% of transition metal ions exist in the dissociation form, and can be washed out easily. The accumulation states of Mn2+ and Ca2+ in pulp obey the relationship of reacted with cellulose>chelated...

The Non-Process Metal Elements (NPME) accumulate in non (less)-pollution pulp bleaching process flow in different states, such as dissociation, absorbed on fibers, chelated with lignin and reacted with cellulose. The accumulation states of NPME into the pulp to imitate the accumulation of NPME. The studies showed that about 50% of transition metal ions exist in the dissociation form, and can be washed out easily. The accumulation states of Mn2+ and Ca2+ in pulp obey the relationship of reacted with cellulose>chelated with lignin. The Fe3+ reacted with cellulose fiber in pulp is much higher than that chelated with lignin. The pretreatment by certain reagent can reduce the accumulation of NPME, especially that of chelated with lignin. The acidic pretreatment is more efficient to remove the accumulation of Mn2+ in pulp. After the pretreatment, most of residual Mn2+, Fe3+ and Ca2+ in pulp are boned with cellulose of the fibers.

采用外加非过程金属离子的方法模拟苇浆生产过程金属离子的富集,进行纸浆清洁漂白非过程金属元素在过程流中的富集状态研究。研究表明:约50%的过渡金属离子以游离态存在,易被洗涤除去;Mn2+、Ca2+和Fe3+为纤维素纤维化学吸附态>木素螯合态,Cu2+则相反;酸性条件下预处理对去除金属离子富集有良好效果,对Mn2+尤其有效;N助剂(pH值4)对消除不同富集态金属离子效果服从木素螯合>纤维素纤维化学吸附的关系。浆中残余富集的金属离子中,Mn2+、Fe3+和Ca2+以纤维素纤维化学吸附态居多;浆中金属离子的富集随浆中木素含量的提高而增加。

The influence of washing on the enrichment of non-process elements,the enrichment characters of non-process elements in different kappa number pulp and the distributing characters of different mode of occurrence of non-process elements in pulp system were studied.The results showed that about 50%of NPEs can be removed by washing,the higher the kappa number,the more the concentration content.

本文研究了洗涤对非过程金属元素在纸浆中富集的影响 ;非过程金属元素在不同硬度纸浆中的富集特性 ;不同存在形式的非过程金属元素在浆料系统中的分布特性。结果表明 ,洗涤可以去除富集在浆中 5 0 %左右的非过程元素 ,Kappa值越高富集量越大。
