         Objective To explore the clinical and biological effects induced with low power ultrasound radiating CO_2 micro-bubble into the vessel.             目的探讨低功率超声辐射血管内微泡剂对恶性肿瘤血管的临床生物疗效。方法83例恶性肿瘤患者,外周静脉注入CO2微泡剂,以低功率低频率超声(0.5W)经皮辐射肿瘤局部,每周2~3次,每例病人治疗3~6次。结果超声组50例疗效治疗后病变缩小达50%以上,呈部分缓解为13例,有效率占总数的26%;稳定为27例,占总数的54%;进展为4例,占总数的8%;生活质量评分改善为28例,占总数的56%;治疗后出现肝功能等指标升高的4例,占总数的8%,均为与化疗联合治疗者;癌痛不适改善为35例,占总数的70%;治疗后局部一般未发现明显损伤;肝脏肿瘤局部治疗后,肝酶ALT、AST未见明显升高。结论低功率超声辐射血管内微泡剂可以成为局部治疗恶性肿瘤的一种无创的新方法。
