The effect of the unsteady state operation condition on the performance of Anaerobic Attached Film Expanded Bed Reactor (AAFEB ) was studied. It was demonstrated that COD/VFA concentration of effluent and the contents of CH4, CO2, H2 in the gas phase had the characteristic of dynamic change, and that anaerobic activated sludge in reactor washed out partly over the periods of unsteady state operation. Therefore, volumetric COD loading should be controlled in 20 kg/m3.d or so for maintaining higher efficiency...

However, temperature and pressure oscillations in the CPL seriously restrict its application. This paper presents a mathematical model to describe the working instability of the CPL system. The model consists of 12 equations including two groups of onedimensional unsteady mass, energy, and momentum equations for the vapor and liquid flow in the CPL evaporator. The computational results for both steady and unsteady state conditions agree well with experimental data. The results were used to analyze the instability problems. The model can successfully simulate the steady and unsteady working conditions and the critical oscillation phenomena in the CPL test loop. The variations of the system temperature, pressure, enthalpy, heat flux, vapor mass velocity, liquid mass velocity, evaporation rate, capillary radius, etc., were successfully predicted. The influences of the different variables on the CPL system performance were analyzed based on the theoretical results and the measures to improve the CPL stability were proposed.

毛细抽吸两相流体回路 (CPL)是一种在航天领域具有广阔应用前景的高效相变换热装置 ,然而 CPL 系统内存在的温度压力波动现象严重地制约了其应用。为此建立了一个描述 CPL 系统工作不稳定性的数理模型 ,模型由 12个方程组成 ,包括分别针对蒸发器中蒸汽和液芯中液体的两组非稳态的质量、能量、动量守恒方程及其它补充方程。模型的模拟和分析表明 ,模型能够模拟系统的稳态、非稳态运行工况、临界振荡现象等。得出了系统温度、压力、焓值、热流密度、蒸汽质量流速、液体质量流速、蒸发质量流速、毛细半径等参数随时间变化的动态曲线 ,理论计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。根据理论计算结果分析了各种参数对系统性能的不同影响 ,并提出了改善 CPL系统稳定性的建议

The research of the central-station air handling unit performance is carried out by experiment widely at present. But the experiment research is confined by the experiment conditions and other factors, and the research of unit performance in unsteady process is quite limited. In this paper, we analyze the performance of this unit in unsteady process from the start of this unit to the steady working process. At last, we get some useful data and conclusions that can be used in practical using.

目前对组合式空调机组性能的研究多为稳态运行工况下机组性能的实验研究,研究具有单一性;另一方面,目前对机组在非稳态运行工况下性能的研究比较少。本文采用数值模拟的方法,较为详细的分析了从开机运行到最终稳定过程中机组的性能参数变化情况,得到一些可用来指导空调机组运行调节的参考数据和研究方法。
