In this paper, anew test method-energy test method is raised on the basing of weight method. The problems about nonlinear change of long storaged springs are discussed, the mathematical model measuring the elastic energy of the springs is established, the failure models and criterion are given, then the system consruction and the working principle are given, as well as , part of the test results of the system.

在荷重仪法的基础上,论述了长储引信压簧非线性畸变的有关问题,提出了一种新的定量检测方法——能量检测法,建立了弹性势能测量的数学模型,进行了失效模式分析,并给出了相应的失效判据。在此基础上,论述了引信弹簧智能抗力仪的系统组成和工作原理。其基本思想亦可适用于锥形簧等一类本身非线性工引信弹簧。
