目的:探讨前列通对实验性前列腺增生的治疗作用。方法:利用大鼠和小鼠的前列腺增生模型及兔离体膀胱三角肌标本,观察分析前列通的抗前列腺增生作用和机理。结果:每日给前列通3g/kg及6g/kg灌胃,连续3~4周可分别显著抑制丙酸睾丸素引起的大鼠前列腺增生和小鼠尿生殖窦植入性前列腺增生;0.6%及1%前列通水混悬液尚可抑制去甲肾上腺素诱发的兔离体膀胱三角肌收缩作用,抑制率分别达21%及46.1%。结论:前列通具有显著抑制前列腺增生的作用和对抗α受体激动剂诱发的膀胱三角肌收缩的作用

Otherwise, 0.25%, 0.50% and 0.75% water suspension of JBC also can inhibite the contraction induced by norepinephrine in isolated bladder trigone muscle of the rabbit. The inhibition rates were 29.17%, 41.72% and 62.29%.Conclusion: JBC can significantly inhibit experimental prostatic hyperplasia and decrease contraction of bladder trigone muscle induced by α adrenoceptor agonist.

目的 :探讨决闭胶囊对实验性前列腺增生的治疗作用。方法 :采用睾丸素所致小鼠和去势所致大鼠的前列腺增生模型及去甲肾上腺素诱发免离体膀胱三角肌收缩抑制 ,观察决闭胶囊的抗前列腺增生作用。结果 :小鼠以每日 10g/kg和 2 0 g/kg决闭胶囊灌胃 ,连续 10d ,大鼠每日以 1g/kg和 2 g/kg决闭胶囊灌胃 ,连续 3周 ,均可显著性地抑制丙酸睾丸素引起的小鼠和大鼠前列腺性增生 ,表现为前列腺湿重减轻 ,前列腺DNA含量明显降低 ,血清酸性磷酸酶活性明显降低。0 .2 5 % ,0 .5 0 %及 0 .75 %决闭胶囊水混悬液尚可抑制去甲肾上腺素诱发的免离体膀胱三角肌收缩作用 ,抑制率分别为2 9 .17% ,4 1.72 % ,62 .2 9%。结论 :决闭胶囊具有显著抑制前列腺增生的作用 ,并且具有对抗α受体激动剂诱发的膀胱三角肌收缩的作用。
