In experimental study, rabbit right posterior limbs with soft tissue injury were taken as the observed subjectsand treated with ZYG and ZGS respectively. On the 3d,7th , 14th and 21st days after treatment, microscopic and ultramicroscopic structures of the injured tissues were observed with light and electronic microscopes. The results showed that ZYG could obviously reduce the injured-tissue bleeding and the inflammatory-cell exudation,speed up the absorption of inflammatory cells and blood stasis,promote the dilation and regeneration of capilaries ,accelerate the healing of broken muscle fibers. The results of both clinical and experimental studies showed that ZYG, when externally applied for acute soft tissue injury,could remarkably shorten repair process of injured soft tissue as well as had a good function to remove swellings and alleviate pains.

采用攻下逐瘀类中药为主制成逐瘀膏外用治疗急性软组织损伤,并以正骨水为对照药,临床观察147例,结果显示逐瘀膏有较好的消肿止痛作用,疗效明显优于正骨水(P<0.01)。实验研究以右后肢软组织损伤模型家兔为观察对象,分别在应用逐瘀膏及对照药正骨水治疗后第3、7、14、21天时取材,利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察其组织的微观和超微结构。结果显示,逐瘀膏能明显减少肌肉损伤后出血和炎症细胞渗出,加快瘀血和炎症细胞的吸收,并能促进毛细血管的扩张与再生,使断裂的肌纤维愈合加速,且愈合处的结缔组织少。临床和实验结果均表明,用逐瘀膏外敷治疗急性软组织损伤有良好的消肿止痛作用,并且能明显缩短损伤处组织的修复过程。

Macroscopic, microscopic characteristics of Rhizoma Dioscorea zingiberensis and D.tenuipes as well as their ultramicro characteristics of vessel inner walls were studied. Results showed that their macroscopic, microscopic and ultramicro characteristics, though very similar in monocotyledonous generalities, yet there existed some specific differences which could be used as abasis to differentiate one from the other.

盾叶萆和细萆皆来源于薯蓣属萆植物的根茎,它们形态相似,为研究它们的生药学特征并鉴别之,通过宏观性状况察、显微镜微观结构探索及扫描电镜超微结构研究,结果发现该两药材的宏观、微观和超微结构既有单子叶植物的共同特征,也有单子叶植物不常具有的特征。两药材的上述生药学特征大多相似,但也有些差异,利用这些差异可对两药材进行鉴别。
