本文应用齿轮精度理论和误差分离技术,提出在单啮仪上配用微型计算机测量范成误差的新方法.

The equations are given which express the low frequency errors arised from various ccccntricitics of gears before or after shaving. 根据齿轮精度理论,通过实测数据,应用频谱分析方法,对滚削齿轮、插削齿轮和剃削齿轮的低频误差进行了分析。通过试验,验证了剃齿前后齿轮低频误差的转化规律,并比较了范成误差△F_c与公法线长度变动△F_w这两个精度指标。
