Strip mining is one of feasible approaches suiting actual circumstances of "three-underground" coal mining of China's coal mining enterprises. Its success or failure hinges on the long-term stability of strip coal pillar. 条带开采是目前解决“三下”压煤的较为切合中国煤矿企业实际的方法之一 ,条带开采成败的关键是条带煤柱的长期稳定性。首先对煤矿地质条件进行分类 ,采用连续介质力学理论 ,探讨条带开采的合理条带煤柱尺寸。以弹塑性力学为基础 ,结合应力平衡微分方程和库仑准则推导出保留条带煤柱的应力极限平衡区宽度 ,利用弹性理论的复变函数模型推导出条带煤柱屈服区的宽度 ,进而推导出不同的理论公式 ,理论公式经实践证明能满足工程需要。
