The occurrence time of peak intensity will be ahead of the original target date. The construction of C'Oncrete will become more unbalanced.For adopting RCC in construction of partial Three Gorges dam body,four RCC placement schemes are studied preliminarily, of which two schemes ate recommended:the one is that the dam body below elevation of 120 m will be placed by using U. S.Rotec tower crane infullset,above elevation of 120 m using high-framed portal cranes;the another is that the dam body below elevation of 53m will be placed by using heavy creter cranes(or dump trucks directly to the placing area),above elevation of 53 m using heavy tower cranes.For cautiousness,it is suggested that the key equipments of above two schemes,i. e.specific tower crane,and heavy creter crane 4 must be productively used in first-stage works before they will be used in concrete placement of Three Gorges dam' With partial dam body to adopt RCC,because of increment of concrete placement intensity,the capacity of mixer plant must be also increased,while the capacity of cooling plant is still equivalent to one of conventional concrete scheme.

This set of equipments can convey materi al simultaneously from three sources. The theoretical conveying capacity is 253. 62 m3/h,but for some reasons,the actul convey ing capacity achieved only 185. 79 m3/h. lt is not easy to cause separation of aggregates during conveying low vlscosity concrete,so ROTEC can be considered as a kind of high placing intensity,easy for manipulating,new type equipments.

So it is necessary to adopt thernethods based on experience and unsystematic knowledge to help solve this problem. Because ex-pert system has the characteristics of combination of knowledge and judgement and has the abilityto process and analyses irregular data, it can be widely applied in the field of decision making ofconstruction schemes. in this paper, a knowledge-based expert system for the transport plan se-lection of roller-compacted concrete construction (RCPSES) has been developed by authors. TheRCPSES includes case base, knowledge base, reasoning machine , explaining system and dynamicdata base. Meanwhile, a re1evant software for the transport plan selecting of roller-compactedcorcrete construction has been developed by authors. And it has passed the unit test, integral testand system test- According to the information of projects to be constructed, the expert system isable to give a feasible and reasonable transport plan of construction. The validity has been veri-fied in practice.

碾压混凝土施工运输方案的选择受工程规模、浇筑强度、地形条件、布置条件、施工导流以及施工进度等众多因素的影响,是一个半结构化的问题,不能完全用结构化方法来描述.解决这类问题要借助于经验的、尚未形成科学体系的知识.专家系统具有知识与判断相结合,不规则数据的处理与分析等特征,在施工方案决策领域具有广阔的应用前景。笔者建构了碾压混凝土施工运输方案选择的专家系统RCPSES,包括案例库、知识库、推理机、解释系统和动态数据库。同时,开发了碾压混凝土施工运输方案选择专家系统的计算机软件,并对该软件进行了单元测试、整体测试和系统测试.根据拟建工程的实际资料数据,可以推理得到合理可行的施工运输方案,该系统在工程实际应用中得到了验证.
