FSK has higher safety and reliability, and a wider range of application to protection types.In developing a FSK device for teleprotection signal, the important problem is how to prevent the interference caused by discrete tones inpass-band, especially to ensure the FSK device against the issue of false tripping when the interference tone of a single frequency equals the command frequency. The crux of the" matter is to design a high sensitivity and anti-interference ability discriminator for receivers, in particular the discriminator for Guard tone so that the Guard tone can correctly and reliably block the trip output circuit.The defects of traditional double-circuit balanced discriminator are pointed out in this paper.A type of frequency-selecting discriminator is proposed and measures for preventing interference due to discrete tones are also introduced.The test data demonstrates that its discriminative characteristic and anti-interference ability can meet the actual needs.

This paper gives a method to measure first/second order Volterra Kernels in frequency-domain.When input is many-tone sinusoidal signal,the Volterra mo- deling of nonlinear system in discrete frequency domain is given.With this model and carefully choosing input frequencies,the first/second order Volterra Kernels at the same time with many points can be measured.

当输入信号是多频率的正弦信号时,本文给出2阶Volterra系统的离散频率模型.按照这个模型,适当地选择输入信号的频率,可以使我们同时一次多点测量线性和2阶的Volterra频率传递函数。
