After the treatment,the removal rates of COD Cr ,BOD 5 ,SSand chroma reached80%,80.4%,90%and61%respectively The quality of the water at the main discharging outlet was:pH=6.98,ρ(COD Cr )=74mg/L,ρ(BOD 5 )=13.9mg/L,ρ(SS)=46mg/L,and chroma=16times.
After the treatment,the removal rates of CODCr, BOD5, SS and chroma reach 92.6%, 94.2%, 90.4% and 94.6% respectively. The quality of the water at the main discharging outlet is as follows: pH = 7.07, CODCr = 93 mg/L, BOD5 = 22.8 mg/L, SS = 50 mg/L, and Chroma = 6 times.
The quality parameters of the combined wastewater from the textile production of Guangdong Yi-da Textile Co. ,Ltd. were:pH=10~14,ρ(COD Cr )=1000~1500mg/L,ρ(BOD 5 )=300~450mg/L,ρ(SS)=300mg/L,ρ(S 2- )=3mg/L,water temperature=40~50℃,and chroma=400~600times.
The catalytic oxidation process as subsequent process shows that when the dosage of FeSO4 and H2O2 is 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L,pH value is 5.0 and the reaction time is 30 min,the effluent chromaticity,BOD5 and COD are all lower than 10 times,10 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively.

The results indicate that after the coagulation and sedimentation process,when the pH value is 6.2,the dosage of Al2(SO4)3 and PAM is 300 mg/L and 3 mg/L,and the sedimentation time is 30 min,the effluent concentration of COD is 233 to 260 mg/L,chromaticity is 15 to 20 times.
