This kind of conversion bring directly new appearance to acts in school daily life, such as warm comment written in "you-I" form, and deepen Marxism theory of practice . On the other hand, the discourse of life-world includes some dangers, which lacks country visual angle, ignors the control of institutional education on students' bodies, and makes some confusion between the concept of life-world and the concept of daily life.

The influence of the teachers quality on the students studying course takes on pluralistic properties, namely, guidance, demonstration, efficiency, the unity of personal result and social result; the methods of influence involve various approaches such as daily educational activities, verbal instruction and class teaching; the function of influence lies in the whole taches: direction, motivation, organization and evaluation. In improving the teachers quality, the educational administrative departments and the schools should be clear-cut in the overall guideline, namely, high-quality planning, training and requirement; and the teachers must also establish the awareness of studying all the time, responsibility and self-improvement.

According to the fact that invigorative function has been dissimilated and weakened in college students daily education,this paper presents the approaches and methods on how to strengthen and improve the invigorative function through the establishment of invigorative goals,the selection of invigorative manner and the implement of invigorative process.

针对当前激励作用在大学生日常教育活动中的异化和弱化趋势,围绕其在大学生日常教育活动中的应用,阐述了强化和提升激励作用的途径和方式。结合实际,从激励目标的确立、激励方式的选择、激励过程的实施三个层次进行论证。提出构建多层次、多维度的激励目标体系,促进学生的全面发展。
