Yield monitor system installed on combine harvester is the best way to carry out corn yield measurement real time. A full yield monitor system should include four segments: corn flux sensor ; corn moisture online sensor; GPS receiver; field computer and software. In this paper, a general discussion was made about the every segment of yield monitor system. Especially, the paper discussed elaborately the theory and mechanism of four different kinds of corn flux sensor.

我国引进的谷物流量传感器多为冲击式,它有机构复杂、安装调试困难等缺点。为了更加方便快捷的测量谷物的流量,开发一种结构简单、安装调试容易的传感器就显得十分必要。因此本文介绍了一种了测产系统中所用的光电容积式流量传感器。在文章中首先介绍了现有谷物流量传感器的种类和性能,然后讲述了所设计的传感器的结构、工作原理和相应的软硬件。并通过实验验证了此系统的可靠性,实验结果表明此系统可以比较精确地进行时间的测定,在平常工作频率20Hz情况下,获得了比较理想的结果。
