Pesticide Shachongshuang has a considerable toxicity to silkworms. To prevent mulberry leaves from being polluted by its spraying in mixed farming area of rice and mulberries, it is preferred to apply granulated pesticide instead of liquid one to rice fields. In this paper, by using tracer of Shachongshuang we study the absorptivity and desorption of the material prepared for the granules and release property of its effective composition in the granules.The results show:(1)The material of gramules of porcelain...

In this paper, by using tracer of Shachongshuang we study the absorptivity and desorption of the material prepared for the granules and release property of its effective composition in the granules.The results show:(1)The material of gramules of porcelain clay, pottery clay and clay soil have very little absorptivity to Shachongshuang,and they may be used as materials for granular formulation;(2)Using autoradiography of soil Thin-Layer Chromstography, we determine release rate of effective composition in the granules prepared with paralain clay or clay soil; the release is prompt and complete.

农药杀虫双对家蚕的毒性较大,为防止对桑叶的污染,在稻、桑混栽地区将稻田喷施的水剂改为粒剂施用为宜。本文研究了~(35)S-杀虫双制备粒剂所采用的填料(载体)对杀虫双吸附、解吸和粒剂中有效成分的释放性能。结果表明,瓷土、陶土和粘土等对杀虫双的吸附性较小,较为适合作粒剂填料;用瓷土和粘土制成的粒剂借助土壤薄层层析放射自显影法检测表明,粒剂中的有效成分释放是迅速而彻底的。

用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定了桑叶中多糖的含量。测定波长620nm,多糖换算因子f=3.07;在10~60μg/ml范围内吸收度与被测物含量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999005;多糖的平均回收率为98.81%,RSD为2.08%(n=5)。测定结果表明,10月份桑叶中多糖含量最高。本法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为桑叶中多糖的含量测定方法。

Study on the extracting method of mulberry flavonoids, by selecting different solvent water or 70 percentage alcohol and selecting mulberry being disposed of micro-wave or not micro-wave. The results showed that mulberry being diposed of micro-wave for ten minutes and selecting to 70% alcohol as solvent, was the highst extrating rate in the research.

研究桑叶黄酮类化合物提取方法。选择水或70%乙醇溶剂,微波处理或非微波处理桑叶的各种方法提 取桑叶总黄酮。研究结果表明经微波处理10min桑叶,以70%乙醇作溶剂提取桑叶总黄酮的浸出率最高。
