In this experiment it was investigated that influnces of different rearing temperature in the 5th instar larvae of the silkwom on digestion, catabolism and residual distribution of crude protein in the mulberry leaf.

水培扦插苗的生长,不管是1/2氮素区还是2倍氮素区,都是明区优于前暗后明区并优于遮光区.遮光区的桑叶光合速率明显低于明区和前暗后明区,但2倍氮素区的光合速率略高于1/2氮素区.水培初期的水分吸收量,各区每日每株都在10—20ml范围,但随着新梢的生长而逐渐增大,并出现前暗后明区>明区>暗区的倾向.遮光处理后植株对氮、磷、钾的吸收量明显减少,但当桑苗转人自然光条件后,对氮、磷、钾的吸收量都迅速增多,并逐渐超过明区.2倍氮素区植株对氮的吸收量,比1/2氮素区约大1倍左右,但对磷、钾的吸收量却少于1/2氮素区.
