Related here is the operative experience of improved Kessler method in re-pairing 148 broken strips of flexor tendon of 137 cases.Among them 72 cases were followedup 3 to 12 months and all healed satisfactorily. A detail discussion was devoted to the opera- tive procedures,early function exercises and points for attention.

Twenty eight specimens of human flexor digitorum tendon in vitro sutured by the modified Kessler,Lee,Becker and Savage techniques were tensed to rupture.The average tensile strengths following suturing of these repairs with the modified Kessler,Lee,Becker and Savage were 35.8 N, 36.7 N, 74.7 N and 96.8 N respectively.The Savage technique provided the strongest repair among the four techniques.There were no significant differences between the tensile strengths of modified Kessler and Lee methods.

目的:旨在通过比较四种肌腱缝合方法的抗拉强度,为临床应用及研究新的方法提供生物力学依据。方法:采用改良Kessler法、Lee法、Becker法和Savage法,在体外缝合28条人体指屈肌腱标本,对其抗拉强度进行生物力学评价。结果:四种方法其抗拉强度分别为35.8N,36.7N,74.7N,96.8N,结论:四种方法中Savage法在体外的抗拉强度最大,Becker法次之,改良Kesler法和Lee法强度相同且最小。

The repaired tendon's early action requires enough intensity of tension at the seamed position. In order to satisfy the purpose of initial action,the author designed a new method of tenosuture:double linked king tenosutre. Compared with improved methods of kessler,bunnell and tsuge with apart body' s tendon-We found this method has the advantages of higher antitoughness of tension (and this method isn't so easy to appear gapes,either. We have used this method 58 patients and obtained a satisfied effect.

肌腱修复后早期活动要求缝合部必须有足够的抗张强度。。为了满足主动活动的要求,作者设计了一种新的肌腱缝合方法:双环圈套缝合法。用人离体肌腱将该方法与改良Kessler法,Bunnell法,Tsuge法进行生物力学比较,表明该方法有抗张强高度、拉伸刚度高及不易出现间隙等优点。临床应用58例,获得满意效果。
