The paper taken the fish (Bostrichthy sinensis) as a material, which is an estuarine benthic fish without scale and powerful resistance for environment, The uptake of 51Cr, 60Co, 131I and 141Ce by them through both ingestion and penetration was investigated.To observe the difference of individuals in penetrating absorption, the radioactivity of single brisk fish was measuerd. The trace method of multi-nuclides.was applied to the experiment and S-80 type analysis with Ge(Li) detector was used for the measurement of radioactivity.It was found that the fish (Bostrichthy sinensis) all could be killed within ten hours, when the concentration of 131I was 3.4 × 10-7Ci/l. At the same time, the accumulation of 131I in every tissue organ by the fish (Bostrichthy sinensis) was obvious. The order of amount of nuclides accumulated in the organ was 131 >141Ce>51Cr. The 60Co was not detected in any tissue organ.In the experiment of penetration, the result of measurment for the single brisk fish showed that the nuclides could be accumulatediin the body of fish through penetration of the skin, and there was difference of individual. It was also suggested that the isotopes of living elements such as 131I. 60Co were easily transferred to the internal organ and the isotopes of nonliving elements such as 141Ce, 61Cr were slowly transfered to it.

The present paper is the observation on the development of theartificially fertilized egg and larvas of the spotted grunt, Pomadasys hasta Bloch,which is an importnant fish of economic value and inhabits at the bottom of inshoresea. The spotted grunt usually aggregate in shoals and migrate towards the shallowwaters along the coast of the northern part of the Nan Hai sea,where the temperatureis 18--26℃, and salinity is 31.00--34 .35‰. The spawners were obtained from thetrawlers in the vicinity of the esturary of Pearl river(21°54′N, 113°30′E) in theyear of 1964. The eggs are apherical in shape, isolated and buoyant, measuring 0.77--0.81mm in diamter. The yolk is colourless and tranaparent with a single oil globule of0.19--0.23 mm in diameter. The blastopore closeed at 13 hours after inseminationwhen the water temperature was 24℃. The melanophores appears on the dorsal partof the embryo at 16 hours after insemination. The larvae hatched at 20 hours afterinsemination with water temperature of 25℃. The newly hatched larvae attained totallength of 1.61 mm and the fin membrance is colourless and transparent. Melano-phores appeared behind the eyes and on the dorsal part is well as at the rear of anus.Yellow sac was absorbed 2 days after hatching and the yellow pigment disappeared 3days after hatching. During this time the stellate melanophores occurred along the ventral part of the tail. The larvae all died 5 days after hatching

断斑石鲈是一种近海浅水底栖鱼类,个体较大,生长也快,可选做为发展近海增养殖的鱼种之一。本文通过人工授精方法,对鱼卵及仔鱼的发育做了观察,在水温23.7—25.00℃的海水中培养,受精卵经过约20个小时,可全部孵出仔鱼。并与三线矶鲈的卵和仔鱼发育的特征作了比较,以便在早期发育阶段采苗育种时做为参考依据。

These are bothbased on root-root transformed mean biomass data with the Bray-Curtis measure ofsimilarity. Faunal changes over 40,100, and 200m isobeths separate regions of relativefaunal homogeneity. One faunal assemblage can be identified in the area to the westof the Taiwan Bank, a second along the 40m isobeth, a third between the 40 and100m isobeths, a fourth between the 100 and 200m isobeths, and a fifth on the con-tinental sheif edge. Each assemblage was characterized by faunal composition, catchrates, species diversity and dominant species, as well as the environmental condi-tions the assemblage adapts to. Faunal changes are probably due to the gradients of temperature, salinity anddepth, as well as differences in sediment type. That the fish fauna are zoned withdepth may be established on the shelf. The zonation reflects joint response to envi-ronmental factors. The dramatic faunal changes at the shelf edge are mainly inducedby rapid increase in depth and decline in bottom temperature, and the 200m isobethmay be suggested as the boundary of the shelf fauna. The community structure was considerebly changed by fishing, especially inshallower zones. There might be potential for changing the patterns of fishing byarea regulation to obtain fine turning of the community.

根据1982年至1984年南海北部大陆架(海南岛以东至台湾浅滩西侧,水深40-260米范围内)底拖网鱼类资源调查取得的资料,运用聚类分析和多维尺度转换等方法,把该范围内的鱼类群落按生物组成的特点,划分成5个区域性类型。它们所处的区域分别在:粤东海区的台湾浅滩西侧;40-米等深线附近;40米与100米等深线之间;100米与200米等深线之间;和大陆架外线海域。分别阐述各区域性类型的生物组成、种类多样度和优势种等群落参数以及所处生态环境的主要特点。群落的区域性变化主要是由温度、盐度和深度的梯度及底质类型的差异而引起的,但水深可作为群落变化的主要指标。群落具有沿水深而成带分布的趋势,这一水深成带格局是群落对各环境因素变化的综合效应。大陆架外缘海域水深急剧增加,底层水温明显下降,鱼类群落相应地发生显著变化,因而初步认为,200米等深线可作为大陆架底栖鱼类群落的边界。本文还探讨了鱼类的区域性分布特点在合理调整各类群渔业资源利用率方面的前景。
