The diameter of one particle was 80-100 nm and the other 20-30 nm. The main pathological (infested) cells contained endothelial cell of capillaries, reticuloendothelial cell, eosinophil leucocyte, pericyte and interstitial cell as well as other epithelioid cells. Since the endothelial cell of capillaries were damaged and lysed, hemorrhagic symptoms appeared in the tissue.According to the testing of viruses which were isolated and purified, the bigger one belonged to Reovirus while the other was temporarily defined as Picornaviridae.
