This requires that the teachers attach great importance to handling the delicate relationship between the leading position of the teacher and the main part of the students, and between lecturing of the teacher and development of students′ personality. Thus due attention must be paid to ensure the physical and mental development of the students.

接受学习是数学课堂学习的主要方式 ,有效学习的保证是教师的教学行为必须是有效的 ,教师在教学中的角色应该是主导者、组织者 ,通过对学习材料的选择运用、组织呈现、联系阐述 ,启发学生进行主动、有意义地学习 ,帮助学生理解学习材料间的关系 ,建立认知结构 .这就必须处理好教师主导与学生主体之间的相互关系 ,处理好教师行为与学生认知发展的关系 ,关注学生整个主体的身心发展 .

Mathematics teaching must assume the responsibility for developing students' innovation consciousness, but there were three factor which would influence it. They were the authorities of teachers and grades, the high intensity training and the degree of learning engagement. Therefore we should reconstruct mathematics learning environment in order to expand the reality space and spirit space for the students to explore and intercommunicate.

数学教学应承担起培养学生创新意识的重任.然而却有3个因素影响着创新意识的培养:教师与分数的权威性;高强度、大题量的训练;学生的参与程度.从数学教学角度看,为了改变这些现象,必须重建数学课堂学习环境,以充分拓广学生的自主探索、互动交流的现实空间和精神空间.    

Commencing from the mathematics classroom teaching in the vocational middle school, the writer of the article by investigating various situations in mathematics teaching for students of different majors in the vocational school, has analyzed the present condition and existing problems of mathematics teaching, and introduced the valid thought of teaching with principle so as to explore the basic strategy for better mathematics teaching in the vocational schools.

从职业中学的数学课堂教学入手,通过调查不同专业学生数学课堂学习的情况,分析数学教学的现状和存在的问题,介绍有效教学的思想和理念,探讨在职业中学的数学教学工作中实现课堂教学有效性的基本策略。
