Aim The effect of Methyl Polyglycoside (MPG) on cardiac hemodynamics in experimental heart failure cats was studied. Methods Model of experimental heart failure was established in anesthetized cats. MPG(100 mg·kg-1,200 mg·kg-1,iv) was administered by intravenous infusion and cardiac hemodynamics parameters were measured by using polygraph and electromagnetic flowmeter. Results LVSP, ±dp/dtmax,CO,CI,LVWI and MAP were obviously increased, LVEDP was decreased and TPVR was not markedly altered in both low and high...

Aim The effect of Methyl Polyglycoside (MPG) on cardiac hemodynamics in experimental heart failure cats was studied. Methods Model of experimental heart failure was established in anesthetized cats. MPG(100 mg·kg-1,200 mg·kg-1,iv) was administered by intravenous infusion and cardiac hemodynamics parameters were measured by using polygraph and electromagnetic flowmeter. Results LVSP, ±dp/dtmax,CO,CI,LVWI and MAP were obviously increased, LVEDP was decreased and TPVR was not markedly altered in both low and high dose MPG group. HR was not obviously changed in low-dose group, but it was lightly quickened in high-dose group. Conclusion MPG has the actions of enhancing myocardial contraction, improving myocardial compliancy and left ventricular systolic and diostolic function and increasing cardiac output and arterial blood pressure in heart failure cats caused by Pentobarbital sodium.These show MPG is beneficial to releasing heart failure.

目的观察甲基葡萄糖苷对实验性心衰猫心脏血流动力学的影响。方法用戊巴比妥钠造成猫实验性心力衰竭动物模型 ,分别静脉注射甲基葡萄糖苷100mg·kg-1、200mg·kg-1,用多导生理记录仪和电磁流量计记录猫的心脏血流动力学参数。结果甲基葡萄糖苷100mg·kg-1 及200mg·kg-1 均可使左心室收缩内压、左室压力变化最大速率、心排血量、心脏指数、左室作功指数和主动脉平均压显著增加 ,使左心室舒张末期压下降 ,对总外周血管阻力无显著影响 ;100mg·kg-1对心率无显著影响 ,200mg·kg-1时则使心率略加快。结论甲基葡萄糖苷对戊巴比妥钠诱发的实验性心衰猫具有加强心肌收缩力、改善心肌顺应性和左室舒缩功能、增加心排血量、升高动脉血压的作用。
