汽油机在高原地区运行时,动力性、经济性及排放性能大幅下降。对有特殊功用的某小型汽油机进行了高原恢复功率的研究。主要采取了提高压缩比、改变点火提前角及采用进气脉冲增压技术。从试验中可以看出,该发动机在采用最佳压缩比、最佳点火提前角的前提下,采用进气脉冲增压技术措施可以提高发动机功率、降低排气温度,并可恢复功率50.7%。

In this paper the performance of turbocharged diesel engine running on highland is discussed and the general methods are proposed to recovery power of engines.The structure of re-flow on compressor and reduction of the flowing area on tubine shroud ring are adopted to recovery the power of BF6L913C running on highland.The experimental results approve this diesel engine used on highland can meet the operating requirement.

简要论述了增压柴油机在高原地区运行的特点 ,提出了发动机高原恢复功率的一般性措施 .针对本实验所用的BF6L913C发动机采用压气机二次进气和减小涡轮壳流通截面积的措施进行高原恢复功率的研究 ,试验结果证明该机在高原地区使用时能够满足使用要求
