Under the background, through the research of the current technology of multimedia synchronization and the stream media, this article discusses an application in synchronization of multimedia based on the ASF stream media files, contraposing an example , established a model and gave two methods of the synchronization, realized the entire process of synchronization.
Aim at most JAVA mobile’s limitation, which can only support one or two format media even can’t support stream media. This paper designes an application for decoding ASF stream media files that were encoded according to MPEG-4 standard, based on RTP protocol, MPEG-4 compressible codec and ASF format. This application can accept real-time stream media data.
We use MMS protocol to transmit ASF stream, turn off Windows Media Service's support for HTTP protocol, and select "2-pass encoding" for CBR encoding, and some other optimized solutions, to ensure that users can enjoy a more consistent and reliable high quality MBR video stream.
